Dining policy

A few house rules that keep the grill fair, fresh and fast for every table. They apply at all 6 locations unless noted.

Is there a time limit?

During peak hours a 90-minute dining limit may apply so every table gets a fair turn. Ask your server when your seating begins.

Do you charge for leftover food?

Please order in smaller rounds to reduce waste. Excessive leftovers may be charged by weight; ask the location for its current rate.

Is gratuity added for large parties?

An 18% gratuity is automatically added for parties of 6 or more. Tip suggestions on the payment terminal are optional and can always be adjusted.

Can I bring outside food or take all-you-can-eat to go?

Outside food and beverages aren't permitted, and all-you-can-eat orders can't be taken to go.

How much do kids pay?

Kids under 40 inches tall eat free. Pricing for taller kids varies by location, so ask your server or call ahead.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Please tell your server about any food allergies before ordering. Because we share a kitchen and grill, cross-contact is possible even with substitutions.

How does Korean BBQ + hot pot work at South Jordan?

Ombu Grill South Jordan is our only location with both. Each table picks all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ or hot pot, or gets both with the combo add-on. The combo applies to everyone at the table, since the grill and pots are shared. Ask your server before you order.
